Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to ddwin. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and ddwin ("Platform", "we", "company"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the ddwin platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services.

1Account Eligibility

To register and use the ddwin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years and above on the date of registration. ddwin has a zero-tolerance policy against underage use of the platform and will terminate any account suspected of belonging to a minor.
• You must be an individual registering in your own name, not on behalf of another person or business entity.

• You are not currently on a self-exclusion list or any active gaming restriction programme.
• You have not previously been dismissed or banned from the ddwin platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.

2Account Registration & Security

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the ddwin platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of existing balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The information provided, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address, must match your official identification documents. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these Terms.

• Your ddwin account password is solely your personal responsibility. Choose a strong and unique password.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security – highly recommended.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact ddwin support immediately.
• Ddwin will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

3Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Ddwin supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. All financial transactions are processed with 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your funds.

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 30 per transaction. There is no maximum limit for standard deposits; however, deposits exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification in accordance with financial compliance requirements. Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction. Withdrawals to Malaysia e-wallets are processed in under 5 minutes for standard amounts. Withdrawals to bank accounts take between 30 minutes and 24 hours depending on the receiving bank and transaction time.

4Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Ddwin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including new member welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each promotional offer.

The wagering requirement is the minimum condition that must be met before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

Any violation of the above conduct rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on the severity of the breach. ddwin reserves the right to make the final decision in all cases involving conduct violations.

7Privacy & Data Protection

Ddwin takes the privacy and personal data protection of all members seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read together with them.

• Your personal data is collected solely for platform operations, identity verification, transaction processing, and service improvement.

8ddwin Liability Limits

The ddwin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, ddwin makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, service disruptions, or inaccuracies.

• Ddwin is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Ddwin's total liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Ddwin is not responsible for losses arising from internet connection failures, user device issues, or power disruptions that are beyond our control.
• In the event of an exceptional system failure, ddwin reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the relevant funds.

9Account Termination & Suspension

Ddwin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the member.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If your account is terminated due to a Terms violation, ddwin reserves the right to hold the remaining balance while an investigation is conducted. If no violation is confirmed, the eligible balance will be returned to you. ddwin's decision in termination cases is final.

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team via Live Chat. All eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal within 3–5 business days after the request is received and verified.

10Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law

Ddwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the ddwin website. The latest update date will always be displayed at the top of this document.
